My chromosomes

Once upon a time, when I was a student at the Uni of Valencia I isolated DNA from my own epitelial cells. It was a great experience with an amazing result (see the picture below).

Tiny snowflakes in Madrid capital

As every morning I went to open the blind (persiana) just before having breakfast on my couch and I saw it. I saw all the cars covered by a fine, white and pure layer of snow and, besides, it was snowing!!! I could see tiny snowflakes flying to the wind's direction. It made me happy. I wore warm clothes in order to fight the 2ºCelsius and I went to work with a smile and a hood. When I reached "the 12" the views were fantastic.., the park surrounding the hospital was white!. After a couple of hours the snow melted and the show was over, hehe, but it was definitely the joy of my day. Thanks!

Good memories and J.S Bach

I remember this song from a perfume advertisement..., everything's gonna be alright everything's gonna be OK..., na na na na na na na naaa na naaaa. The Bach's song was a bit hidden but everytime the ad turned up on TV my flatmate Marta told me: Listen Roci.., it's Bach. Nowdays, air on a G. String is one of my favourite songs.., I love it. Click here to see the video I used to watch :-)

For those who say that I don't keep updated my blog

Yes, I recognize it, but I don't have the time to update the blog daily, a pity.
Well, I'll take advantage to say how my feelings are right now. Christmas is already here and I like it. I like to be like "el turrón", going back home for Christmas. On the other hand I hate when people go crazy because of the shopping thing, but a Christmas without presents wouldn't be the same..., to be honest. My family on mother's side will gather as every year at my parent's place and we'll celebrate Christmas Eve with a delicious dinner. Sergio will be the cook and the main dish could be Duck with orange (pato a la naranja.., no idea in English) and the starters will be cooked by my mum and aunt.., both ot them excellent chefs!. And, as usually, we'll finish the dinner with the dessert. At that point we use to being quite full up but it doesn't matter!! nobody misses the dessert!, my aunt is the cook and she's quite good at baking. After the dinner the youth of Orihuela goes out, and believe me when I say that in Christmas Eve is worthy the night life in Orihuela (together with Saint Thursday).
I will tell us things about New Year's Eve in a few days, as I don't have a clue about what I'm going to do. I'll stay in Orihuelica but not idea where exactly.
Apart from the exciting because of the Christmas thing, I'm a bit worried about the job thing. Fingers crossed.

More staff very very soon...

Kisses!
