Back from the mud land

Hi all,

After more than 24 hours suffering the Spanish sun I'm proud to say that I survived OXEGEN!. The experience was great but the awful weather and the mud-fanatic Irish people didn't do it easy. Pitching the tent was easy.., the dificult thing was to keep it in good conditions! hehe, as everynight some drunk gay felt down our tent! hehe. There were many toilets but they were not used by most of the fellows who needed to make a pi as soon as possible after too many cans of beer (the big ones!). In spite of this, people in general were kind. The first night, our neightboors helped us with the tent when we were in troubles (we didn't find the entry,hehe). The second day, when OXEGEN became a mud land, we had to get wellies..., how useful they were!, otherwise I don't know where we would have ended up. The very good thing, the thing that makes the adventure extremely worthy were the gigs. Even with rain, the gigs were fantastic. KEANE was amazing, the singer sang every single song as it was the last one and I really enjoyed because I knew the most of the lyrics. Besides, I could see them quite close, as the most of the people were attending BLUR. THE KINGS OF LEON, THE KILLERS, SNOW PATROL, JAMES MRAZ, and others were great. Staying at Oxegen not was a waste of time.
I`m meeting my friends in 20 minutes but I'll be telling you more details about the festival along the week, because there are many. Have a nice week and if you are in Orihuela enjoy the fiesta!
